One of my favourite things to do with people is converse over coffee. I often call these "Coffee Chit Chat's with Chett" (yes I've always been a fan of alliteration). I use these connections to invest in the growth of fellow leaders, as well as myself. This blog is my attempt at doing something I love (talking about why leadership matters, and other leadership insights), and opening it up with the intention of connecting with even more people. While this medium is "one way", I hope to hear your thoughts too - either through comments or emails.
