Chett is currently an Executive overseeing strategy,  development, and talent at a 5500 person company. Additionally she is an investor and board member of non-profit and for profit companies. She has experience working in technology startups, product management, innovation, managing large P&Ls, and human resources. This blog is a passion project of hers centered around one of her biggest joys: helping others reach their potential. She spends her Sunday mornings drinking coffee, and producing one blog per week.   

Chett is a lifelong learner and has a BA in Communications, an MBA, a Graduate Certificate in Management Consulting, holds her SHRM-SCP designation and certificates in: Strategic Workforce planning, Executive Presence and Advanced Communications, Principles of Sustainable Finance, Understanding Economic Policy Making, Futures Thinking, Managing Social and Human Capital, Strategic Human resources, and Product Management.
